Privacy
We collect the least we can get away with, and we do not sell any of it.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email — collected only so we can deliver your order and talk to you about it. If you leave a review, we store the review text, the rating and the name you chose to display.
What we do not collect
We do not store your card details or your UPI PIN. We never see them. Payment happens inside your own UPI app or, if card payment is switched on, inside the payment provider's page.
Who we share it with
Only the courier, and only the address and phone number needed to deliver the parcel. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent customer data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
The site stores your shopping cart in your own browser so it is still there if you close the tab. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us until you place an order. We use privacy-friendly visitor counting that does not track individuals across websites.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them for accounts and tax. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.
Getting your data removed
Message or email us and we will delete what we are allowed to delete, and tell you plainly what we are required to keep and why.
